Build the digital clone
We combine signals, plant structure and expert knowledge in a digital clone, with the source and scope of each input documented.
Check the findings
We review the analysis with the people running the plant and turn the findings into concrete steps that can be tested.
The operational foundation
A digital clone needs more than a data model.
It links measurements to equipment, operating states and known relationships in a way that reflects how the plant works. Its assumptions, sources and limitations remain visible.
Experience from the plant
We record insights and working rules from operations, maintenance, quality and process control, along with where they came from.
How the plant works
We organise equipment, signals, units, process steps and dependencies into a shared model that people can understand.
Data in context
Before drawing conclusions, we check timing, completeness, transformations and data quality.
We do more than analyse data. We establish the operational context PPI needs to produce traceable results.
Technology informs. People decide.
PPI calculates and organises the evidence. We define the question, capture how the plant operates and guide the review. People on site bring their expertise, assess the findings and make the decisions. PPI does not make automatic changes to the plant.
