This website is hosted by Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany.

Server log files are processed as part of hosting, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. Processing is carried out to ensure the technical operation of the website.

To secure and optimise the website, Cloudflare is also used. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the forms on this website against automated submissions, spam and misuse. Turnstile performs a security check in the browser and sends the resulting verification result to Cloudflare for server-side validation.

This may involve processing the IP address, browser and device information, date and time, the page accessed and technical interaction and verification data. According to Cloudflare, Turnstile neither retrieves, stores nor transmits the contents of form fields.

Processing is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of my legitimate interest in protecting the website and its forms against spam and automated misuse. Cloudflare may also process data in the United States. Such transfers are safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum, including the transfer mechanisms provided therein.

Data is disclosed only where this is necessary to handle the enquiry, where a legal obligation exists or where you have consented.

Your data is stored only for as long as required to process your enquiry or to comply with statutory retention obligations.

You generally have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.

5. Cookies and language settings

This website uses only technically necessary or functionally required cookies. In particular, they support the technical provision and security of the website and, where applicable, store the language selected by the user.

Language management is handled by Polylang. A cookie may be stored to provide the selected or most recently used language version. This cookie is not used to analyse user behaviour, for advertising or to create user profiles.

Tracking, analytics and marketing cookies are not currently used.

This website contains external links to my LinkedIn profile, my member profile in the DDIM Manager Portal and the DÖIM (Dachorganisation Österreichisches Interim Management) website. No content, plugins or tracking elements from these providers are embedded directly in this website.
