Develop PPI around real production challenges.
We are looking for manufacturers willing to bring a well-defined challenge and relevant production data to a focused pilot.
The pilot would be carried out on agreed development terms, with the findings reviewed together by domain specialists. We will be clear throughout that PPI is still in development.
Define the challenge
Together, we narrow down a real problem or opportunity for improvement.
Agree on the data
The partner explains the agreed data set and shares it through a controlled process.
Review the findings together
PPI produces findings; the plant team and specialists review whether they make sense and where the limits lie.
Check the impact
After an approved change, the outcome is assessed against the same frame of reference.
Development terms
The lower fee reflects the partner’s contribution to development. Scope, price and what each side contributes are agreed upfront.
Protected data
Each client’s data, access and results are kept separate. Usage rights and deletion rules are agreed in advance.
No automatic control of equipment
PPI provides analysis and recommendations. Changes to production take place only after expert and operational approval.
Offer customers more than a diagnosis.
Industrial service providers bring customer relationships, knowledge of equipment and the ability to carry out changes. PPI is intended to add traceable diagnostics and a way to check whether those changes worked.
An initial concern can become a finding backed by evidence. After an approved change, the outcome can be measured rather than assumed. That can open the door to follow-up work while the customer relationship and implementation remain with the partner.
The partner identifies an unresolved issue affecting loss, quality or capacity at a customer’s site.
PPI combines data with operational context to produce a prioritised finding that can be checked.
The partner plans and carries out the change once it has expert approval.
PPI compares before-and-after data and documents what changed.
Follow-up diagnostics, monitoring and continuous improvement would be added only once the previous step has shown value.
