PPI as a scalable industrial product: prototype, financing strategy and next steps for interested investors.

Investors

What happens next will shape Europe’s industrial future.

Companies are investing, but new technology is slow to reach day-to-day production. Global competition is growing.

PPI prototype Version available As of October 2026
327,000 Industrial businesses across the EU with at least ten employees
1 in 29 AI in production only 3.5 percent use AI directly in their production processes
6.8% → 17.3% AI use is rising in EU manufacturing between 2023 and 2025
74% vs 16% Asia vs Europe share of new industrial robots in 2024

Why this matters now

Industry is investing. The hard part is putting new technology to work.

European companies are investing in software, data and IT. Yet they put new technologies to work across multiple business functions less often than their US counterparts do. PPI aims to close that gap by turning technological potential into reliable applications in production.

EU companies 14% of investment goes into software, data, IT and web-based activities.
Manufacturing 12% of investment goes into software, data and IT.
Breadth of AI use · EU vs US 55% vs 81% of companies using AI deploy it in at least two business functions.

Funding strategy

Three sources of funding for the next phase.

The plan combines pilot work, public funding and private investment. Each has a role in validation, sharing risk and supporting growth. None is expected to carry the next phase alone.

Pilot partnerships

Real-world cases, data and expert feedback will help validate the product and show where it creates value.

Public innovation funding

Discussions about regional and Austrian innovation funding are under way. Such funding would complement the wider plan; we are not treating any grant as secured.

Seed investment

Private investment would accelerate product development, market entry and the organisational foundations needed to grow.

Where the funding goes

What we need to build next.

01

Product development

Finish the analysis, data and agent modules.

02

Secure operations

Put security, client separation and traceability in place.

03

Industrial pilots

Prepare and evaluate real-world cases to assess the impact.

04

Market entry

Build sales channels, partnerships and a credible B2B pipeline.

05

Company setup

Establish the legal and operational foundations for growth.

Company formation

Planning the transition to an Austrian FlexCo.

André Aßmann is currently developing PPI through his existing business. The plan is to establish an Austrian FlexCo for the next phase of development and financing. Its timing and structure will depend on progress, partners and funding.

Investor profile

More than capital.

We are looking for business angels and regional or strategic investors who understand industrial B2B software, production or market access. Capital matters, but so does a shared commitment to rigorous validation, responsible product development and the realities of selling into industry.
